Emily’s Portfolio
Emily Whitlam is a freelance journalist and photographer for Coach and Bus Week, which is published nationally. Her work has also featured in the pages of the Great Central Railway’s ‘Mainline’ magazine, alongside Leicester Transport Heritage Trust’s ‘Wheels’ publication.
Emily’s work for Leicester Transport Heritage Trust has seen a series of children’s books be released under the ‘Dennis ‘n’ Friends’ marque – a brand which she has personally developed. She also manages the Trust’s social media accounts and website.
In addition to her marketing experience gained through volunteering, Emily was a web designer and social media content creator for a local coach company for a period of five years. Since then, she has taken on the role of content creator for Aston University, Birmingham.
Emily is also proud to have designed the ‘Leicester Landmarks’ moquette, which was produced by world-leading transport textile manufacturer Camira Fabrics.
